General Terms
Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat.
A valid government-issued ID and/or boating license (where applicable) is required.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made through our website, via email, or by phone.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The full balance must be paid prior to the start of the rental.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Boat Use
Boats must be used in compliance with local maritime laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for the safety of all passengers and the boat during the rental period.
Boats must not be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Damage and Liability
Customers are responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period.
Ninos Marine is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or accidents caused by customer negligence.
A damage deposit may be required before the rental. This deposit will be refunded if no damages are found upon return.

A mini fridge for refreshments.
A Corfu map for navigation.
Water sports equipment (where applicable).
Exclusive Yacht Tours
Yacht tours are operated with a professional crew and include:

Gourmet meals (specific packages only).

Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
Sailing Lessons
Sailing lessons are provided by certified instructors.
Lesson schedules and fees are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Customizable Excursions
Customizable excursions must be planned at least 48 hours in advance.
Specific activities such as fishing or water sports may require additional charges.
Safety and Maintenance

Annual safety inspections are conducted under the certification of local port authorities.
Customer Responsibilities
